bad customer experience

Good Day,

I app**** for the Telkom big deal for september and was approved for the deal on the 26 September 2017. The deal was for 500MB anytime data and 500MB night surfer data and 10GB extra telkom data x 24 months as well as a Hauwei router . Price R139 pm x 24 months.

I received the Hauwei router on the 10 October 2017. I called the call centre toad and was informed that I was on the 500mb deal only.

Please rectify the mistake or cancel the entire contract.
