Bad customer experience

Terrible experience. App**** for fibre and had it installed. I'm being billed for the incorrect package and getting pushed from pillar to post. When trying to correct this. The fixed line customer service is pathetic I've emailed them the problems and called in but I keep being told that I'm being billed correctly when infact I'm being billed for something I haven't app**** for.
