Bad customer care services

I am utterly disappointed in the service provided by telkom and their customer care lines suck!!!

I've called in last month as my both simcards were blocked but ive paid my contract !!!!

They told me it was a limit issue and would be sorted immediately!! Yet here I am again with a blocked simcard !! This is unprofessional I am a paying customer yet I have this constant bull**** from telkom !!!! Customer service consultants are not helpful at all with empty promises of fixing my issue !!! I need assistance !!!
