bad customer care

Called the customer care and spoke to the lady by the name of Zinhle to check my contract details, While i was confirming my details she said i was too fast, i explained i don't want to get cut because of airtime and i have been long on que waiting. She said i must not shout at her which i didn't do , then she hanged up a call!!!!What i sick lady to work for customer care, she probably had her moods and knows very well if she hangs up i cant even rate her call. She should be coached and stop giving bad service to customers
