Bad Customer attitude and service

I app**** for a laptop deal telephonically in March. Called them often as they had no stock. Finally I was informed that the laptop was finally available and I will be contacted regarding delivery. This WA the 02 August 2021.called again the following day and the agent that I spoke to imp**** tht I was lying as there notes where not available with proof of my call the previous day... Telkom pls respond
