Bad customer

Bad experience I got from telkom, I had contract with telkom with was ending on May, I wanted to upgrade during the month of June 22nd then the consultant to me I must open the new a cancelled the old line I didn't understand, on the 25th I called the customer care, then they canceled the new line for and the give me the reference number for cancelation, to my surprise I got the statement I must pay for the new which I knew that I have canceled, and is not for the first time I'm going up and down with telkom.
