Bad cunstomer service

on the 3rd Sept I had a brake-in in my house & lot's of things has been ****** including the router, I only managed to report & block it on the 4th and now Telkom is refusing to refund the usage after it was ******. they used my data up until the 20th whereas I blocked it. your services rely sucks & when tis contract is finished I want nothing to do with you
