Bad credit record because of Telkom

<p>I have had ***** on my account which I have contacted Telkom countless times to clear. I have as a result not beeen able to find work or buy anything because the company refuses to do anything about it</p> <p> </p> <p>I am told I am on default but continously refuse to send me a statement.
