Bad credit rating based on your incompetence

I am highly frustrated with Telkom!!!! I was a customer for many years, we requested a relocation from Cape Town to Pretoria which was never done successfully. The landline I requested never ever worked and then I cancelled the account the same month and settled all outstanding balances.

I even went into a Telkom store and it was confirmed that my account is cancelled. More than a year later I got a negative credit scoring related to this old Telkom account that I had cancelled and that was closed. I am now in a moerse battle with Telkom and ITC about this even though I didnt ever owe Telkom anything, I paid it off anyway. I am struggling now to get this removed from my credit profile.

I am eagerly awaiting a paid up letter that is not coming. I phoned and phoned the call centre and they just say it will be sent but nothing has still come.

Please send the damn paid up letter.
