Bad credit killing me

I am tired of getting an account since 2018 that is not mine. My account was on R0 when they fixed it for me 4 yours ago.. now they saying I owe money to them, they have debt collectors calling me who I told the same thing but no one can do their jobs. They are messing up my credit score once again just when it comes right they do this. I have email telkom numerous times and still no joy.
