BAD CREDIT FOR WHAT!!!!!!

<p>In July 2016 a telemarketer named Melany from Mandeor marketing department for Telkom contacted me in regards to a promotion pertaining a Huawei E5330 MI - FI TMB, 21.1 MBPS WIFI Router with Smart Internet bundle 11 GIG for the price of R138 p/m. The package was delivered on 7 July 2016 for which I signed, at the same time we were on our way to Kruger National Park for our vacation. I took the package and did not open it because I would open it when we were back from vacation.</p> <p> </p> <p>On the 8th of July, one day after receiving the package , I received an SMS stating the following "Order Confirmation: A Huawei E5330 on a 24 month Smart Internet 5 GB contract for R229.00 p/m & a sim Only Deal on a 24 month Upsell Smart Plan 50 contract for R49.00 p/m.' Upon receiving this SMS I realized that this was NOT the deal I consented to telephonically with Melany. I was assured on the day that I spoke to her, that if I was not satisfied with the package or deal in any way that I am allowed to cancel the deal if the package remained unopened, which I did the week thereafter because this was NOT the deal I have agreed upon. I called CCiSA TELKOM to cancel the deal, they accepted the cancelation and they arranged with COURIER IT to collect the package on the 18th of Julu 2016, Tracking number : ********** 5. The package was received by Cynthia Sibisi on the 19 th of July 2016 at their premises in Kempton park. The package was collected and I thought everything was settled and cancelled.</p> <p> </p> <p>Debit orders started going of my bank account for this deal which I stopped and reversed because the contract was not taken up. Thereafter I was contacted numerous times where a call agent from TELKOM accounts department informed me that I was in arrears with my account. Everytime someone contacted me I explained over and over again that this contract was cancelled and everytime the agent would assure me THIS WILL BE SORTED OUT.</p> <p> </p> <p>On the 13th of January 2017 I received an E Mail from Nudebt Ref ; ********** 90 acting on behalf of their client TELKOM SOC LTD, which stated that I app**** in "WRITING" for an account which I NEVER did in writing, but was on a telephone call. This E mailinformed me that I will be listed opn various Credit Bureaus, which now is the case.</p> <p> </p> <p>On reflection of my review I would please ask you to with immediate attention and correctness resolve this matter within the next 14 days.
