Bad credit

I app**** for credit somewhere else and got declined due to telkom. I do not have any accounts with Telkom. On my credit app it shows that I have opened a new account in July and owe Telkom R471. This does not make sense at all but due to this I have 1 month arrears in payments (Telkom). Telkom is giving me a bad credit name now because of **** and they need to sort out this issue very soon... Never in my life will I open an account with Telkom. Not being a client and they treat me like this..
