BAD **** SERVICE FROM TELKOM SINCE FEBRUARY

Telkom has cheaper rates yes, but damn they have such a **** service towards customers. from February im a still waiting for my refund n these flipin people dont want to give me my money back.nxaaaa. they have proof of payment and i dont know whats realy stopping them to refund me my money.
