Bad coverage and Data runs out far too quickly. No access to contact center or support

My wifi ran out within 2 days. I loaded 3gb x 2 from my Absa app. The loaded data diesnt reflect on my wifi simcard nor on telkom app. I've been trying to get through to telkom with no luck. Since lockdown telkom data runs out super fast. This is exploitation as lm working from home and have to load. 1gb doesn't merely last as long as it used to. Why is that? The network is terrible l can hardly connect to meetings. The coverage is just terrible. Yet the tarrif has been hiked. For what?
