Bad contract services

<p>I have been a loyal contract payer for 2 full years but when I try to end my contract with Telkom it seems impossible, no consultant is willing or able to help me even though I sent a cancellation note 3 months before the end of my contract as per our agreement. I've never experienced such bad service

Telkom again I ordered the February big special of 20GB all day and 10 GB night surfer data and you deliver something I didn't even order, I tried to call your sales team and there is no answer for over 30 minutes. The sales team had better get back to me to fix this message because there is no way I will pay for something I did not order. Pull up your socks guys your service sucks.
