Bad Connection
I was happy to move over to Telkom from Vodacom, because of better rates.
Now I'm Experiencing problems with Telkom. My wife says that she can never reach me. When calling me, the call just goes dead and my phone never even rings.
I've tested it myself and it's true. Sometimes after the 3rd or 5th try, my phone will ring. What can be done to fix this?
