Bad company to have a cellphone contact with... Telkom

Telkom celular contract... It's the worst company to have a cell phone contract with, my debit order clearly state that it must go of the 30st of each month, from the 25th they try to take money from my account, seeing that my salary isn't paid yet they decline the debit order... So now they put an X amount of penalty fee, which so bye the way is never less than R200 to my account.... I've tried how many time to explain to a consultant over the phone what is going on, but no help from them.... No money paid back in my account no explanation I nothing... This will definitely be the last time I've taken out a contract with them.... So people please think twise..
