Bad company Telkom Finrite insurance

Worst experience ever, I had an phone contract with these people and insurance, everything was paid up for two years then I decided to close up my contract cause I didn't need it anymore and I don't owe them but guess what they never bought on closing the insurance they only closed the phone contract and never explained anything till I went to ask why do they debit cause I don't owe them told me that I need to closed the insurance too and that's their job but to cut the story short I tried that and the finrite insurance company doesn't respond to any calls or emails I did that alone and still with the Telkom guys but they don't answer for like 6 months now... I honestly need help guys
