Bad Company ,Service Suck ,NO Response from TELKOM ,I dont Like Telkom

Good day I am writing to Telkom for the 4th time in 2months ,no response from Telkom as yet for the 4th time .I would never recommend this company to no colleagues or friends ,the haven't even given me a call as yet to try and sort out this mess ,I just don't like the company ,
