Bad Company and Bad Service, Useless Agents and What a shameful Retentions Dept

Cancelled a contract with the SP in July and to date i still cant get assistance from Telkoms retention department, Everytime you call you get told that the Team Leaders or Managers are in a meeting.

Can i just get my contract cancelled please and your services or unit removed from my house as it serves no function.

They even sent a technician through to my house and they confirmed lack of service and telkom is still not coming to the party.

Services cancelled on the self service portal and via their call agents and to date i still do not have service from Telkom since July.
