Bad company

They are extremely poor when it comes to customer assistance. They do not even contact you to explain the next steps in the process. I have been waiting for more than 21 days without receiving any update, and after numerous attempts to contact them myself, I was finally told that the application had been cancelled. Very disappointing service and not a company I would recommend doing business with.
