Bad company!!!!!!

I have tried to cancel my phone account with telkom for the last two and a half years but everytime they say it's cancelled the debit order still comes off! Recently they have charged me R 525 for a once off subscription fee and yet I never signed for anything new nor did I give them permission to take money off. My father paid an extra 200 into the account but somehow I am not even in credit costs come from no where and I already received another account for more once off subscription charges to the value of R300 and something. This is not the first time I've heard of this my mother in law struggled to cancel her phone account, debit order after debit order. Telkom is not a good company and I would not recommend allowing them to debit your account!
