Bad communication from Telkom

I have 2 contracts with Telkom Mobile but I had 1 little financial Hiccup which is now sorted out and they take forever to unlock the phone.Spoke to 3 different people amd they all have different times and things I need to do.I think this is utter bull dust.Frankly when my contracts up I will move over to another service provider.When u don't pay they straight away cut you off but when u pay double they take 7 to 14 working days apparently.
