Bad communication

I have a contract with telkom i never have such a problem before this month they deduct R289.94 instant of R89.00 but our agreement send its R89.00 per month unless i use more data than the i allocated for but now they took R289.94 they say they didn't get the money on November but i told them i'm getting paid on the 25th not early not later the time and its not the first 25th was on Saturday since i have contract with them and they always take the money after the 25th where as there is money on the 25th. So that money they took is the money for my kids to buy school clothes so how i'm going to by the kids school uniform telkom took my money without telling me that .telkom is a ****** and they have a bad services because i call the call centre is in johannesburg i spoke to Thembi she said to me there is no manager to help me because they have 1 manager is available but is busy
