Bad client services

I received a call from a call centre agent who wanted to let me know about Telkom mobile. <br> She didnt introduce herself and could not pronounce my name and i asked why was she not prepared when she called me. I then released the call. At 11:50 the same AGENT called me again in a very RUDE manner that she will ensure that i get DEACTIVATED FROM TELKOM MOBILE & that she told me that i work in the cal centre environment and should know better. Before i could answer she put the phone down on my ear. <br> This is total unacceptable behaviour... Deal this issue ASAP. Im the customer and she is just a mere call centre agent.<br>
