Bad Client service

It's been more than a year that I have cancelled my telkom line, however Telkom still bills me every month. I have informed them a month before I moved to cancel the line. I have to call in almost every month to dispute the amount but no action is taken to cancel the account. I have given up with them, and now have been handed over with result of being harassed to pay back the money. I have never received any good service and I regret to ever have a contract with them. I will not recommend ANYONE to go to Telkom.
