Bad client service

After receiving an sms about the TKO Data promotion, I decided to buy their night data for 14 days @ R95 because I usually surf the net at night. I realised that even though the data is available I still cannot access the internet so I phoned client care 180 and I was helped bu Mfundo and his team leader Mr Maphumulo, who said that there's nothing he can help me with because my query was not serious and that I shouldn't have bought data based on assumption that It will work at night,I was supposed to call them and ask before buying the data. I find that very disturbing coming from a team leader as he is supposed to be coming with solutions instead of judging clients about how serious their cases are.
