Bad client care

Telkom is unprofessional. Our landline was going to be suspended in June if we didn't upgrade. We agreed to upgrade but since June we still waiting for our line- we even went to one of the outlet but they couldn't assist us. I called their call centre but they could't assist as well and told us to go back to the telkom shop.
