Bad Cable technician Services - Secunda, Mpumalanga
<p>They do not communicate with the client. They simply arrive on a Sunday afternoon, do not attempt to get hold of the client to inform the client of an issue as to why he cannot resume his work, then just leaves. The clients receive SMS's of official appointed times, but never a reality. Instead, a sneaky visit on a Sunday by the USELESS technician, who doesn't seem to appreciate the fact that he actually has a job. Have been waiting for nearly a month for a line installation so that the Internet technician can come do his job.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

I ended up pulling the cable myself, since the cable technicians didn't assist, or wasn't able to or whatever the story.
Mr. M.S Skosana (Simon) did an extremely good job in getting the cable for me and installing the internet the very next morning (today). Give that man a raise!
The internet is finally installed after a month, thanks to the above-mentioned technician.
But I am however not impressed by the Cabling department's attempt to come install their line.
