Bad Business Service

Just cancelled my divice with Mahlats today, 4 July 2024 and I was told that there will be a month end debit regardless if the phone is canceled with immediate effects .My query why they cancel it immediate and still debit end of the month of July 2024.I should be covered until the last fay of the debit order.
