Bad business practices

So I recently ordered a phone on telkom mobile. And I got the phone but it was the wrong color, I returned it before seven days. It was a hustle because even though the courier company kept giving me problems when I was supposed to return it and after it was returned. I sent an email to Telkom and a way bill ill that I've returned their phone because it wasn't what I ordered. Now they charged me for it. They charge me for the data and the phone. All of which I do not have in possession and now every time, I try call to make aquiry about the bill. They keep giving me the run around. And now recently my bill came back to 22000 rand for phone I don't have. A phone i returned 2 months ago. Your staff is not very helpful and you are greedy business people. You take advantage of your customers. I'm going to write 1 star review on all the platforms. So that everyone knows how terrible your business practices are.
