Bad business

I'm extremely unsatisfied with Telkom. We've been using the Landline for as long as I can remembered until it stopped working. When I called customer care, I was sent from pillar to post. It seemed as if nobody from the call center knew what the were doing. After speaking to 7 consultants, I was told telkom is discontinuing their prepaid option for Landlines & I have to apply for it to be contract . No prior communication/notification. They don't care about their customers.
