Bad billing

I had issues with regards to paying my mobile bill, however I have made sure I pay what's due to the creditors. When you owe creditors they make sure they get heard now when you pay back what's due to them it becomes a horrible experience. I have tried contacting Telkom through their communications channel spoke to sent emails, smses and spoke to agents who advised the issue will be resolved within 5 - 24 hours but my billing information is still wrong, they do not update payments received but happy to debit my transactional account. My services are still suspended even though payment has been received. Now I feel the helkom service everyone is talking about.
