BAD BAD ULTRA BAD SERVICE FROM TELKOM

BEWARE of accounts department. They do not deduct the correct debit order amount on the correct day. When they do do the debit it is for a less amount than what invoice states. They do this so that account goes into arrears, then they pass you over to collections dept. (Nudebt company), suspend your account, threaten you with legal action and then PENALISE your account for insufficient funds, which is incorrect as there was sufficient funds available. This has happen a few months in a row and when you query, no one at accounts has a satisfactory answer to resolve your query. You get transferred to retentions dept. who are unable to rectify the matter as it now is in collections department and then they simply drop your call to get rid of you. BAD, BAD,ULTRA BAD SERVICE FROM WHAT WAS ONCE A FANTASTIC SERVICE PROVIDER. WILL NEVER RECOMEND TELKOM TO ANYONE EVER AGAIN AND CAN NOT WAIT FOR MY CONTRACT TO END SO THAT I CAN GET ANOTHER SUPPLIER AFTER OVER 40 YEARS OF SERVICE AND OR LATELY NON SERVICE FROM TELKOM.
