Bad bad telkom

I'm not happy with telkom it's been almost 2 years if I remember correctly when I canceled my telkom wifi and now they handed my account over and they keep on pestering my old boss and she just forwarded the messages to me I did go to the brackenfell branch and told them how unhappy I I am with the wifi that does not work I mean I paid 500 per month for ****py wifi and I told them they should cancel my contract and now I'm being threatened with legal action
