Bad bad service that i receive at telkom customer service

I have a phone contract with telkom, and all the time when i call their call centre m getting bad customer service, which is last tym i was given a email to log a complaint and after i send an email nonody come back to me, today i call the call centre and the lady that i spoke to she hangup the call for me, and my query is not yet being resolved i don't even know who have to assist me Telkom customer service have bad service, and the is no ref number for the call, they say they don't have complaint department
