BAD BAD service - TELKOM SA

Reff 117CTK021217, was given from Telkom as my landline (connected with ADSL) was damaged by weather, many phone calls was made as you could only log 1 call on the system, well its nearly 6 weeks without a landline, my ADSL internet SUCKS, mother buffer, call centre will forward the calls, but NO service at ALL
