Bad bad service Telkom

I've been a loyal customer to this company l, I even recruited friends and family to join up until last week when I was shattered beyond belief, 3 contracts where taken under my name 2 S23 Samsung and 1 latest Hauwei cell phone, normally when u enquire about something you go through a list of security question before they can assist funny enough someone or somebody managed to get 3 cell phone contracts without them contacting me, I'm still asking myself how did that happen and as a result I got very sick because I called the call centre , I went to their kiosk in the mall to date nothing has happened even a mere call nothing in fact their agents are still calling me to renew my contract why on earth will I consider them, I trusted them and I was betrayed, I'm still recovering from home once I'm better and my blood pressure drops I will continue this fight until I get answer, from being the best company to the worst company I will never ever subscribe too, to make matters worse I haven't even received a mere reference number for the enquiries, everytime I'm told they will send it after they log a ***** case, I'm very disappointed I regret convincing friends and family to join their network
