BAD BAD SERVICE FROM TELKOM AND SELL DIRECT

I am trying to get hold of sell direct to cancel my contract but to date there is no response, it gets cut off and rings continuously, this is very bad service, you sell us a product and when we require your help you refuse to answer, i would like the R90.00 connection fee refunded and someone to contact me urgently.<br>
