Bad bad service from telkom

Have an exciting telkom contract,opened new contract waited 3 hours as systems hanging asked to comeback the next day sat again 2 hours systems still hanging and surprise surprise I the while of South Africa none of there technicians are answering calls, requested I comeback as I have been approved and debt order will run but they can't realise the phone as their systems are hanging so this is know my problem.....ridiculous
