Bad bad service for telkom,s sales call center

Hi All

I ordered a phone with telkom selldirect it was an existing contract I was told by a call center agent phone contract was not approved at the back room, I was told to go in store to go update my financial information which I did and received the phone now two days later that very same phone they said was declined rocked up on my doorstep, and the guys at telkom upgraded my second contract with that phone without my approval. What can one do in this situation because I never ask for an upgrade on that number.
