Bad, bad service

Bad, bad service, our business phones was ******, and I went to Telkom and Cell C for a sim swap on 13 May 2023, on the 15 th Cell C's sim swap was active , but till today, 18/05/2023 the Telkom's new sim card is still not activated. I called them several times on 17/05/2023 and 18/05/2023 and hold for more than 10 minutes but with no avail, an e-mail was also sent to *** on 17/05/2023, but no reply was received from telkom.
