Bad, bad service 👎

On the 12th of October, I've visited the Telkom branch in Garden Route Mall, service at the branch was ok. But my problem was far from over I've app**** multiple times for an ADSL line but every time the application was unsuccessful due to where my home is situated. At the back of my house, there is a telephone landline pole. I've contacted Telkom and explained where the pole is. The consultant then explained to me, in the area where my house is situated they will not even consider activating the line. My question is how can we be discriminated against.Client service must be there for everyone and not be judged on where your house is situated? Bad client service Telkom🙄
