BAD BAD SERVICE

On 4 September 2023 I wrote an email to TELEKOMSSA informing them that one of our phones do not have an IP address. I was told that someone from their technical would come out and attend to the problem. We are a huge business and this kind of service is not acceptable, We have had problems with TELEKOMSSA from day one and they are always full of excuses and promises
