Bad bad service by Telkom for home internet.

I app**** for home internet 1st week in April. They assured me that between 4 and 6 weeks they will install it. When I went there they said they have a back log since January. I did log the complain here on Hello Peter and the reply was ...they will attend to it. Nothing happened yet...so again they did not live up to their promises!!Can somebody just contact me to give feedback..or is that also too much??
