Bad Bad Service!

If there was a star below zero I'd actually rate it as that! Your sales team are so unprofessional, I did an online application and everything was approved agent called me and we went through the terms and conditions. A week later I call to follow up on delivery only to find out that the application was now declined?? So I an existing customer with your company now doesn't qualify for a handset with your company because my expenses are lower than my income? So my credit score is definitely false then. I am appalled by this service and the fact that I had to call in to get that information. So glad I missed this bad service train yet again!
