Bad bad service at telkom

<p>I'm just angry and I don't think I Ll ever use your services or take contract with telkom after being debited almost R850 in a month which the initial agreement was to be billed R229per month then after being transferred to about 10 call center agent i was told it is a pro rata fee for upgrading my contractr which wasn't discussed with me when I renewed my contract if this change next month and I'm debited for an amount i disn't agree with I'm going to cancel this contract it's ridiculous I'm livid </p>
