Complaint about Telkom bad service

I have a 2 years cell phone contract with telkom and i have been making cash payment since the begining of the contract because i had to change the bank and they have been charging me extra fees for that they then advised me to give them my new banking details and did exactly that so its been two months now with them debiting from my account, as they are surpposed to debit me R1400 monthly first month they debited me R1500 i just let it slide 2nd month wich was last month they debited R1100 intead of R1400 as i have just lost my cell phone i went to telkom to report it and do a sim swap aswell, they told me that they can not do a sim swap for me since well i owe them R399 referring to the money that they did not debit from my account i told them not to make their problems mine because i gave them my banking details but they doing as they please so now i went and pay for their R399 that they dis not debit but they already disconected my cell phone and the sim swap is still not done... and for the lost cell phone i went to the branch they told me they no longer have a contract with finrite (the insurance) i should go on internet and search adminplus and fill their form and i did exactly that 2 weeks back, sent all the relevent documents they needed from the affidavid to the claim form they said i should submit, and yet no one is responding, i called their head office no 1 is responding my calls nor emails, went to the branch but those consultants were no help asked for the branch manager and he was no help as well instead they told me to contact their call center myself of which i did more than a million times, i have never been happy with this contract from the beginning and im tired of their service and how *********** they are.all i want is them to replace the lost phone of which i pay monthly without any problems, reconnect my cellphone and debit the correct amount on a monthly basis because they are ruining my credit record
