Bad bad service

Since I've opened my account with telkom mobile online,I'm still waiting for the funds that were taken from my account,Telkom call it test funds,i logged a case with telkom, got an sms to say the funds will be returned to my account within 10 days,15 days later nothing.you only get good service when you want a product from telkom,from there on you at da back of da queue forever
