Bad Bad service

<p>I ordered uncup internet from telkom and after they said it is going to be installed within 5-10 working days.</p> <p>After the 10 working days I phoned them and they said they dont have any order for my and that my order number does not exist and that I have to go through the whole prosess and wait 5-10 working days again and thats that they can't do anything for me</p>
